  1. Hello Jen,
I’m Alex and I just barely started a book blog on WordPress. I’ve been thinking of starting to connect Instagram with it but I was wondering if you maybe have some tips on how to promote my blog the best way?

I’d love to hear from you and would like you to check out my blog travelingbooksblog.wordpress.com

    Thanks in advance!
    Yours,
    Alex

    1. Hi Alex!
Welcome to the book blogging community!
Instagram is definitely one of the best ways to promote your book blog. A lot of the views that my blog gets are from clicking on the link in my Instagram bio! So taking photos of books and mentioning your blog posts is a great self-promotion. Also, I have recently set up a Twitter, where I tweet about what I’m posting too, which is another good medium. Basically, get yourself on all of the social medias (Instagram, Twitter, goodreads etc) and just interact with others from the book blogging community! Mostly though, just have fun with what you are writing. If you are enjoying it, it will shine through in your posts, and people will want to read them.

      Hope that helps!
